First Trinity Homeless Ministry - Sunday Lunch Rounds

Volunteers, (must be age 18 years or older), are led in a small group to provide lunches and conversation to those who are homeless and marginally housed. This is done by walking a regular route around Oakland in order to meet people where they are. Number of people served varies due to outreach nature of event. This is a great way to make a personal connection to those in a marginalized population. The route includes about 2 miles of walking.

Once you arrive at the church, you can enter through the rear door, and take the stairs upstairs. At the top of the stairs, proceed straight into the kitchen. If you need direction, any member of the congregation would be happy to assist you.
