  • Remove and carry market supplies from the storage area in Bayne Library to the market tent area
  • Set up the Farmers Market tent (+ 30 lbs)
  • Setting up the Bona Fide toy-share tent
  • Assist vendors with unloading their vehicles and setting up their booths
  • Erect street closure barriers on Teece avenue (partially close street beginning at 2:30 PM)

Inclement Weather Plan: Inclement Weather Plan: The market will close if severe weather (thunder, lightning, tornado, etc.) is observed at the market or within a 10-mile radius via radar. The market will resume when the severe weather passes and no other severe weather is predicted for thirty (30) minutes. If the severe weather continues for an extended time, or if more severe weather is expected during the market hours, the market manager will cancel the market for that day. Light to moderate rain is not considered severe weather, and the market will remain open on rainy days. Announcements regarding the opening or closing of the market will be made through our social media.
