At the First Tee of Pittsburgh, volunteers will be working on a number of projects at First Tee's Bob O'Connor Golf Course. Tasks may include painting, gardening, pressure washing, landscaping, and possibly helping to build a shade shelter at Hole 9.
Waiver: All volunteers must complete the volunteer waiver upon registering - click here to access (opens in a new window).
What to Wear: Please wear comfortable, casual clothing that can get dirty. It is highly recommended that volunteers wear closed-toe shoes that they can easily move around in (sneakers or light boots, for example). Project is mostly outdoors - sun and/or rain protection is also suggested.
What to Bring: Refreshments and lunch will be provided, but a reusable water bottle may be handy. We also recommend bringing a light backpack or drawstring bag so you may work "hands-free" if you do not want to leave belongings in your car or on the property.
About First Tee of Pittsburgh: First Tee is a youth development organization introducing the game of golf and its inherent values to young people.
