Animal Care Expo is the largest international educational conference and trade show for animal welfare professionals and volunteers. We are excited to host Expo 2026 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, April 7-10 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, where we expect to welcome over 2,500 attendees. Experts from across the globe and all facets of animal welfare will join together to explore innovative programs, exchange best practices, find inspiration, and build meaningful connections.
We have many volunteer opportunities at the Expo.
Volunteers interested in attending the conference qualify for a discounted conference registration of just $160 as long as they volunteer at least 4 hours!
Volunteers will be required to sign a release and waiver of liability and comply with the event's health and safety protocols as part of their participation at Animal Care Expo 2026.
Volunteers must be able to follow directions, work as scheduled and provide high quality customer service to conference attendees.
Volunteers must be 18 years of age
