Help us show our blood donors how awesome they really are at our donation centers and mobile blood drives! Volunteers assist with:
- Welcoming and check-in
- Managing of donor flow
- Setting up and cleanliness of reception and refreshment areas
- Providing donors with snacks and beverages after donation
- Providing excellent customer service with friendly conversation
- Watching for, and reporting possible adverse post-donation physical reactions to staff
