Lawrenceville Organic Community Garden Volunteers

Expired

Description

For the past 10 years, the Lawrenceville Organic Community Gardens (LOCG) at McCandless and Natrona have provided Upper Lawrenceville with a green community hub and growing space. Each growing season you can volunteer on Wednesday evenings from 5-7 PM or Saturday mornings from 10-12 PM to assist in weeding, planting, and harvesting. Produce grown in the garden includes onions, garlic, potatoes, and more!

Bring a water bottle and wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. All tools and gloves will be provided for you. This is a great one-time or ongoing opportunity!
