Join Literacy Pittsburgh for a mock citizenship clinic with advanced English-Language-Learner (ELL) students seeking to become naturalized US citizens. No experience necessary to help with this unique volunteer opportunity! A pre-event orientation packet will be provided upon registration to help volunteers in being prepared ahead of time. Volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes and expect to be on their feet for for the majority of the project.
Founded in 1982, Literacy Pittsburgh offers free literacy programs to children, adults, and families through one-on-one tutoring and small classes to encourage economic self-sufficiency and a brighter future for everyone in our greater Pittsburgh region community.
NOTE: This project is open exclusively to team members of Eat'n Park Hospitality Group and is not open to the public.
